to you for record, a copy of a letter from the Secy of War to Capt. E.
T. D. Myers, authorizing him to impress sills & laborers for the
Piedmont R. Rd. Also a copy of a telegram to Maj. H. B. Richards Q. M.
Gordonsville instructing him to send with certain R Rd iron which he
was authorized to impress a proportionate quantity of chairs &
spikes. |
