regard to procuring iron from the Seaboard & Roanoke and Norfolk &
Petersburg Railroads has been received. |
| The Hon Secy of War has appointed a
commission of three to report upon all such action. This commission will
meet in a very few days, when their decision & wishes shall be promptly
communicated to you. |
