Your letter of the 30th ulto. asking for
one thousand feet of 3/4 round for bolts, and stating that you will
answer as early as possible inquiries in regard to the progress of the
Road under your charge has been received. |
The "Tredegar Works" will be
authorized and directed to furnish the iron you need, with the
understanding that the Piedmont Rail Road Company is to pay for it.
Your explanation of the temporary delay in responding to the inquiry
concerning the progress of the Road is satisfactory. |
