| The Secy of War desires you to communicate
to Genl Polk his earnest desires that so soon as the Pearl R. R. Rd.
Bridge {just north of Jackson, Miss., on the New
Orleans, Jackson & Great Northern RR} is finished, efforts
be made to bring to the East of Pearl River all locomotives and R. R.
materials now on the west of the River not absolutely needed for
service there. |
