| Please ascertain and report to this Bureau
as promptly as possible whether the cross ties of the West Point &
Montgomery R. Rd are sufficiently long and in good enough condition to
advise of changing the track from 4 ft 8 in to 5 foot gauge. |

the change in any event and the time it will probably take. |
