send copies of two communications from the Chief Engineer of the
Piedmont R. Road Co. recently furnished by Lewis E. Harvie Esq.
President of the road. It is thought these papers present clearly and
completely all the information called for by the late resolution of
Congress in regards to the progress made in constructing the above
important R. Rd connection. |
