Your attention is called to the following
vouchers belonging to your accounts for 4th quarter 1864, recently
received & examined: |
No. 1 Sub vouchers should accompany. There is nothing
to show that A. J. Williams was authorized to receive the or that the
different was paid. |
No. 18 The level in this voucher, if not purchased by
the Government, should be settled for as a claim. It will not pass in
its present shape. If Mr. Carrier wished to sell the instrument it could
have been purchased. Its loss should be certified by as many persons as
possible. |
