find the copy of endorsement by this Bureau upon the papers relating
to the railroad connection at Charleston and particularly the iron
furnished by Govt and the constructing of the bridge by the Charleston
& Savannah RR Co. The papers thus endorsed have returned to the
Hon Secy of War, but his decision is not yet known. |
