that Messrs. A. Fitzgerald & Dawson A. Walker have been appointed as a
committee to contract for the Rail Road to be constructed between
Dalton, Ga. and Jacksonville, Ala. {Blue Mountain
RR} by the Act of Congress, and requests that they be informed
when an officer is sent there to superintend the building of the road. |
