M. with the approval of the Q. M. Genl. states that the track
connecting the Charleston & Savannah RRd in the city of Charleston
is nearly useless by reason of a curve in Spring Street and asks that
two buildings be removed to remedy the evil and that the Engr Dept
take charge of the work. Please look into the matter and take such
action as you may deem proper reporting your decisions to the Bureau. |
