Fredericksburg & Potomac RR Co. relative to the accident at Swift Creek
resulting in damage to locomotive J R Anderson. Complains of bad
location and construction of RR connection through Petersburg as very
injurious to locomotives passing over it. Wishes an Engineer officer
sent to reconstruct it scientifically. |
