Movement of troops is suspended for want of
rail road transportation. Rolling stock of ET & V. RR and ET & Ga is
beyond the burnt bridge at Strawberry Plains. As it is of the very
highest importance that a good locomotive should be at this point I
respectfully ask you to send one at the earliest practicable moment. |
