| Two Regiments of Infantry & a
Battalion of dismounted rangers of Genl. Marshall's command & two Regts
of Infantry of Genl. Echols brigade will be ready to start to Richmond
as soon as transportation is provided. Supt. of Va. & Tenn. R. R.
{Thomas Dodamead} telegraphs that
transportation will be ready tomorrow & next day. If you can with
propriety give me any information from Army of Potomac please do so. I
return to Dublin tomorrow morning. |
