in regard to repairing the Eastern Texas R. R. is received. |
| I beg to state that the object
of appointing an agent of the Qr Mr Dept upon whom the Engineer officer
may make requisitions is not understood. |
| It is presumed to be only
necessary for the repair of the R. R. Such an order will be issued on
your application, if you deem it necessary now. If any thing additional
is required, please advise me. |
