your papers in regard to the R. R. Iron & request in connexion with same
are before me. It is necessary that two of these papers viz for March
and June, shall receive the approval of Col Sulakowski, Chf of
Engineers, during that time, they have been accordingly submitted to
him. As soon as they return your matters will be promptly attended to. |
