| 3. Major S. T. Fountaine, Comdg Light Arty
Battalion will select one of the Batteries now encamped at Sandy Point
and send it to Highland Station on the Galveston and Houston road
{Galveston, Houston & Henderson RR}, from
which point the battery will proceed by rail to Galveston
{15 miles}. Upon its arrival at that point Brig Genl Harves will
relieve Wikies Battery from duty there, and send it by rail road to
Highland station to proceed thence to Sandy Point. Maj. Fountain will
give his personal superintendence to the shipment of these batteries at
Highland station and at Galveston and will give timely notice to Maj.
