| The Maj Genl Commdg directs
that you take two thirds of the Negroes from the Texas
{&} N. O. Rl. Rd. and finish the Sabine
Road {Eastern Texas RR} immediately. You
will make only a temporary road a it is absolutely necessary that the
trains shall be able to pas over the Road as soon as possible. |
