Magruder to say that in future he desires no limbers, horses or wagons
to be transported from this place to Galveston on the R. R.
{Galveston, Houston & Henderson RR}, except
in cases of emergency, requiring dispatch. You will therefore instruct
the officers to which this duty is confided to, accordingly. |
