| 1. Upon the application of Mr A. C. Mulligan
Supdt of the B. B. B. & C. R. R. {Buffalo Bayou,
Brazos & Colorado RR} stating that the services of Pri. Vincent
Allen Co D 2d Tex Vol Infty are indispensably necessary for the proper
working of said road, Pri. Allen is hereby detailed for thirty (30)
days, and will report to Capt E. L. Heriot Ins Engr of Rail Rds at
Houston for assignment to duty. At the expiration of this detail, he
will report to his Company for duty. |
