| XXII The Chief Engr of the G. H. & J. R. R.
{Galveston & Houston Junction RR} is
authorized to take possession of or cut any timber, suitable for cross
ties for railroad, on the Callahan & Vince League situated in the county
of Harris Tex; the same being actually necessary for military purposes &
will be adjusted in accordance with the impressment act. |
