R. R. {Buffalo Bayou, Brazos & Columbia RR}
will furnish transportation to Quarter Masters, to transport Govt
freight to and from this place. If Box Cars are not furnished, passenger
cars will be taken for the purpose. No private freight will be
transported over the road until all Govt freight which is on the road is
brought to this place. |

{Houston Tap & Brazoria} RR. will furnish transportation to Qr.
Mrs of E. Sub Dist to bring Govt freight to and from Columbia and
intermediate points to this place. |
| If the
Rail Road Co have not sufficient box cars to transport the Govt
freight, the passenger cars will be taken for that purpose. No excuse
will be taken hereafter for not bringing Govt freight. |
