| Capt E L Heriot Asst Civil Engineer is
hereby authorized to make arrangements, on the most advantageous terms
that he can, with the B. B. B. & C. Rail Road
{Buffalo Bayou, Brazos & Colorado RR}, for the transfer to the
Tap Rail Road {probably the Houston Tap & Brazoria
RR since they had reported all their rolling stock as worn out in the
previous November} as much rolling stock as may be necessary for
military purposes. |
