you to take measures to cause the freight cars, called for by Col. Lee,
to be sent, with the least delay possible, from Augusta to Atlanta. An
enclosed telegram (which please return) will explain what cars are
wanted. Please act, if possible, by telegraph, and report when the cars
shall have been sent. |
