Commanding Genral that 25 flats may be set aside on the Charleston
{& Savannah} and on the N. E.
{Northeastern} R. Roads respectively for
the purpose of transportation of fire wood for the citizens. Please
arrange with the proper officers of the R Roads to this end. |
