| On 27 Augt I wrote to you
asking the prompt shipment of the bags through to Charleston, and the
importance of the matter. Since then 408 bales have been sent on from
Columbus and only 244 received here. I do not know where the delay is,
but wrote to all the agents again. I am today out of bags and about
25000 asked for tonight for our work. |
