| I have to report that Mr R H
Rikin (Transportation Agent of the Charleston & Savh RRoad) has seized
4000 ft Lumber (one car load) belonging to this Department & has used it
for making a platform in St Andrews parish. |
| The lumber is particularly
wanted, & I respectfully suggest a guard be sent to recover the stuff. |
