Comdg to say that in case Mr. Goodman Presdt Miss C. R. R.
{Mississippi Central RR} should delay the
transportation of Government supplies or stores whereby a loss should
arise to the Govt, you will deduct the estimated value of such loss from
the amount due the company by way of Freight. |
