| Constant complaints having
been made at these Hdqrs that cars are detained at this Depot, the
LtGenl Comdg directs that you cause the qrmr of your Mil. Dist. to have
all cars arriving with stores for this point to be immediately unloaded
upon their arrival, and thus save the government the unnecessary expense
of retaining the cars; and at the same time give the several R. Roads
the use of the rolling stock of their roads. |
