| Sugar molasses & salt at
Vicksburg are detained for want of transportation on Southern
{(of Mississippi)} RR. If I make an
arrangement with Mobile road {Mobile & Ohio RR}
to run freight cars to transport it from there to this point will
you issue orders to your agents at Jackson & Vicksburg not to interfere
with the same unless by our consent. |
