The Maj. Gen. Comdg requests you to confer with Capt Baya,
Depot Commissary, at Baldwin in relation to the transportation of
subsistence stores to this camp by rail {about 15
miles on the Florida, Atlantic & Gulf Central RR}, the present
method of wagoning being too hard upon the animals and causing too great
wear upon the limited amount of transportation. |
