X. Brig Gen W. C. Gardner Comd'y Sub. Dist. No. 1 will at
once assume command of the forces guarding the R. R. bridge over the
Suwannee River {Florida, Atlantic & Gulf Central
RR}, with the defense of which he is hereafter intrusted. Brig.
Gen. Gardner will make such disposition of Capt. Wimburleys company and
the other troops comprising the bridge guard as he may deem most
conducive to the public interest. |
