| II The officer having in charge the Rail
Road Iron, cross ties, &c &c at present in the Eastern Texas R. R. will
turn over to Mr H. Filkins sufficient material to make the connection
between this road the the T. & N. O. R. Rd. {Texas
& New Orleans RR} & afford him every facility in the construction
of the road. |
| III Mr H. Filkins is hereby authorized to
take the engine from the Eastern Texas R. R to the T. & N. O. R. R. for
Government purposes. |
