| Lieut. Col. McCormick, Comdg CS Forces will
send a notification under flag of truce to Commdg officer at
Jacksonville requiring him to remove the women and children within
twenty four hours from 9 A. M. tomorrow morning -- 18th -- and offering
to send to Brick church or the town, transportation for the women and
children if safe return of trains is guaranteed.
