You will immediately take steps to have
the flat loaded with rail road iron which sank in the river near the
city some time ago raised, and the iron recovered. |
You will also have the rail road iron at
the foundry sent to Fort Caswell with the exception of sixteen long
bars. |
Have the iron rods that were at the
battery on the river near the obstructions brought up and left at the
foundry. |
