I have the honor to hand you herewith a copy of letter of
this day sent to Mr Blount, Chf Agent of Impressments at Mobile. |

The Lieut General directs me to request you to make your
requisitions for laborers and material {for the
Alabama & Mississippi Rivers RR} upon Mr Blount and as fast as he
furnishes you with hands to supply the place of those sent you by Brig
Genl Adams from Coosa Bridge to return the latter to their owners. |
