Superintendent Miss & Tenn RR Co and upon your recommendation Gen Lee
directs me to authorize you to sell to that Company a sufficient supply
of bacon for the hands employed on that road, not to exceed an average
of Thirty. Whenever in your opinion it is impossible for the Company to
