Dear Sir, |
On the 15th of January last the accounts
held by this Company against the Government, amounting to $15,768.32
were referred to Col Wm. W. Wadley A A G with the request that he
would assist us in their adjustment. At the time the accounts were
referred Col Wadley was made acquainted with all the facts connected
with these transactions, and after consideration, he agreed and
recommended their payment. I have since learned from the Adjutant
& Inspector General that these claims have been put in your hands.
I would respectfully ask your early attention to these claims with the
view to an early settlement, as one year has elapsed since the
services were performed. |
Very respectfully |
