This day personally appeared before me a
Justice of the Peace for the City aforesaid John E. Wells, freight agent
of the Petersburg Rail Road Company and made under Oath to the
correctness of the above account, that the transportation had been
furnished, and the rates charged were those of the Augusta Convention.
Given under my hand this 1st day of November 1863. |
