To promote efficiency and economy, and to secure
responsibility, the coal interests of this Department at Selma and
Montgomery are transferred to Commander Jones.
|
You will therefore turn over to him such public property
immediately connected with and necessary to the reception,
transportation, and delivery of coal as may be under your control. All
coals from the Alabama mines for our works will pass under his order.
