The receipt of this account by the
Brunswick & Albany R. R. Co. shall not be construed as abandoning
their right to recover the $299,550, attached as the property of alien
enemies. That amount is in controversy between the Company & the
Receiver at Savannah & the Confederate States will hold it subject
to the decision of the court. |
