The undersigned hereby certifys that the
iron rails, chairs and spikes mentioned in above account were taken
from the Ala & Fla Rail Road (of Fla) and used for a turnout at
William's Station, on Mobile & Grt Northern Rail Road. All by
order of Col J R Tattnall, commanding detachment of observation, Army
of Mobile, Head Quarters at Camp Jackson, about nine miles inland from
said Williams' Station. Said turn out being put in separately for the
use of the Army of the Confederate States. |
