I would respectfully suggest that as long
as the difficulty relative to the seizure of the stock of Ala &
Fla RRd Co of Fla remains unsettled that your assistant at Mobile be
instructed to withhold all payment for rent of same. The way
negotiations are at present going on, the Government is the only
sufferer. The payments have been made monthly and I would therefore
ask you to act promptly in order to stop the rental for June. |
