I do hereby certify that the following {about
25 car loads} Rail Road iron, chairs & spikes were
transported over Ala & Fla Rail Road of Fla from this place to
terminus of Said Road for the purpose of relaying track to connect
Tattnall as per order of Col J. R. F. Tattnall Commanding army
of observation viz |
