V Quarter Masters at all
depots of delivery will secure ample hired labor to unload, remove and
deliver supplies with the greater possible dispatch. They will not be
limited as to number of laborers and must make provisions for their
subsistence and report when this order is complied with. The Chief Qr.
Master will see that this order is at once and efficiently complied
with, so that there shall be no more complaints, a detriment to the
public service in this connection. |
