| You will proceed by the morning train to
Running water Turn, and take charge of four car loads of coal, from the
Etna Mines, to this place, purchased for the use of the Arsenal. You
will bring it with all possible dispatch. The Quarter Master will
furnish you Transportation to that point & return. |
