Dear Sir, |
Learning from Mr. C?? who was here a few
days since that you are about to relay your Road & would want
chairs spikes and would also desire to dispose of your old flat rails
that you will take up. |
Mr. Mc?? determined to go up with Mr. C??
to see you on the subject, and to his great surprise heard in
Winchester that you were in our City when he left, and that you passed
each other on the road on Sunday. |
We can furnish you with the chairs spikes
and would also purchase your old rails, and would like to hear from
you saying at what price you would deliver them in Richmond; and when
you could commence the delivery. |
Yours truly |
J. R. Anderson & Co |
