Dear Sir, |
We have some lumber for making gun
carriages on your Road from Major Malone, which he informs us cannot
be sent for want of cars. May we ask of you to send it on to us.
This timber is very important to the Government as the guns are ready
to be forwarded and await the carriages to make them useful. Capt.
Brant will supply transportation if necessary. |
Let us know if you can send this timber
that we may act accordingly. |
Very respectfully |
J. R. Anderson & Co. |
