Richmond & Petersburg RR} |

Dear Sir, |
Can you inform me where I can procure
cotton waste? If it can be obtained in Richmond I would be obliged if
you would purchase for me 500 lbs & after enclosing me the bill
direct a draft on Richd Walke Trear for the amount. |
Will it not be possible in view of the
near approach of winter & of no connections North, to alter our
schedules of leaving to more seasonable hours; our present hour is
really liable to procure for us an indictment "of cruelty to
passengers" to say nothing of Superintendents & ticket
agents. |
Yours of the 11th inst is received with
enclosure for which I thank you, but I have no need of the articles
mentioned. |
Yrs truly |
Jno. M. Robinson |
