It is next to impossible for
this office to make arrangements to transfer the bodies of deceased
soldiers from hearses to the cars without unusual expense. I therefore
ask that the attendants of your company, at the cars, may be
instructed to perform this service, for which compensation will be
allowed in the settlement of your accounts at this office. |
