the Engines and Cars now on the Road at what he considers reasonable

| On motion of Mr Hill, it was Resolved,
That in view of the great and immediate necessity for supplying the
Rail Roads in the Confederacy with machinery, this Board is disposed
any person or persons who may desire to establish works for building
Locomotives |
